The logo concept started with the idea of having 3 members in a group.
Namely: Sea turtle (sea) as the oldest, Owl (air) as middle age, and horse (land) as the youngest.
The three habitats reflect the sharing of their different thoughts and journeys. There is no food chain and no intimidation in this, thus describing Something safe and friendly.
The setting shows the moon reflecting wisdom and the night as the closing of the day.")

The design draws inspiration from the restaurant’s foundation—both literal and emotional.
The strong, blocky typeface represents bricks: stability, structure, and the care it takes to build something lasting.
The ampersand with a soft, butter-like curve and the smooth underline balance this with warmth and indulgence.
Together, they visually express the brand’s philosophy: solid roots, made softer and more soulful through food and human connection.
The logo works as a full lockup, a compact “B” mark, or a typographic-only version. It translates beautifully from storefront signage to menus, social media, and packaging, always maintaining a feeling of artisanal quality.")

For the Icon I took the black angus and the horse and created a modern but classic icon. I kept their signature S shaped brand in the center of the icon, where it could also be seen as a brand on the cow and the horse.
You will also notice that at a quick glance or if you squint your eyes and look at the icon the cow actually looks like the horse's saddle. So it has some visual trickery, lol.
I kept the colors blue and red but used muted colors, like rust for the red and a deep grey blue to make it look more classic and natural.")
