That's why I'd choose the triangles on the front of the building as a pattern to create a stylized smoking cup of coffee (or a hot muffin...?).
In addition, this type of pattern is reminiscent of both Peruvian and Latin American decorations and the futuristic graphics of historic Italian cafes. Both cases represent high quality cafes.
For the lettering, I like the S to have the curvy shape of the smoke from a cup or freshly baked cake and the E to be reminiscent of a staircase to the terrace.
With these elements (the triangles, the ladder and the smoke we can create many interesting, playful and elegant \"tangram style\" graphics for both packages and cafe signage.")

The colours are a mix pulled from asian food colours, focused on the warm reddish hues that help give a warm, inviting feeling.
The symbol has a bowl placed on top of the head, which also acts as a hair bun. The hair pattern is a wavy pattern, that alludes to the noodles, and hot food.")
