Ultreïa coaching&conseil is a company that provides coaching and HR consulting. Founded by me, a former HR Director in multinationals with both a psychology and a business background.
I have 2 kind of targets:
1/ for the coaching business: CEO, GMs and their teams, in need to make a personal change or a business change. Or when they start a new role and need to prepare their integration.
2/ for the HR consulting business: the target is rather small and medium size companies who need to have a strategic view on their HR policies / HR environment. I will provide an HR Strategy, build teams, align values, etc.
My logo needs to be sober and elegant, while demonstrating empathy, trust and confidence. It needs to show the fact that I will push them to think out of the box and to go beyond what they had initially planned.")
