The design of our homes look like a quaint and small village with colonial designs. We are building this community in Western Mexico, targeted at young families, and want to convey the image of being serious, while playful and joyful. This is a very large piece of land in which we are building over 1,000 homes, so this is a very important project that we want to provide with an approachable and aspirational attitude.
The site is located in an area that receives a lot of sunlight and is agricultural, this is a suburban project in an area with farms.
