BRIEF
After I created the Big Train logo for them, we got to work on the website. The idea is to make a tribute website for former professional major league player Ray \"Big Train\" Peters.
DESIGN PROCESS
Step 1 - Planning
We work together to define the best way to organize and distribute the content on the website (sections).
We also worked on how the website would look visually. The client wanted the website to feel clean, classic baseball look and feel.
Step 2 - Design
I sent the client some sketches to make sure I was going in the right direction and the client was fully on board with the design.
Step 3- Design
I started working on the website with all the information collected from the client.
I not only designed the website but I also install, configure and optimize everything from scratch (Wordpress, theme, plugins, etc)
The result is a clean and classic website just like he wanted it.")

I think it's really important to understand how the site architecture works to make sure it's a functional website before making it look well-designed too.
The client didn't ask for some pages but I thought the \"Our Work\" page with the articles can really help you get new customers as it can boost SEO ranking and visibility by a lot. The featured products in the article can then lead them to the product page. Though, it wouldn't be the immediate MVP when developing the website as the shop should be the priority.
I've played around with an idea of a new logo and name as well. However, I do think logo design is a new design brief on its own with brainstorming and mood boarding. The main colour themes are navy blue and sand beige, but it's mostly white as the client wanted a clean and chic design.")
