My proposal is a wordmark with a symbol integrated into the name, that can be used as stand-alone for specific applications (i.e. website favicon, business cards, etc.)
The letter O in Pioneer is intuitive since there is only half of it, the other half was replaced with a roof. I added a small window there so this small window and the half of the O, looks like a smile, wink, which is a friendly gesture like he says \"hello\"
The logo is clean, suggestive, friendly, fun, and memorable: *a smiling roof.* 😉
The execution is based on the golden ratio as can be seen on the bottom.")
