The dimensions for the book are 5x8. I'd like the cover to be simple and minimalistic. I'd like for the color scheme to be a gradient from red to orange so that eventually the next books can continue the rainbow-like gradient when placed next to one another. I'd like for the font to be something traditionally fantasy-like. I'd also like for there to be a simple staff design to be a logo for the book. For inspiration reference the staff in Pixar's Onward. The title of the series is Ignotia, and the subtitle for this book is Staff of Ivellious, so making them distinct from one another. In the background, some \"mystical energy\" can fill in some of the space. I'd also like the title font and staff images as a PNG file separately for promotional purposes.")

So after a whole lot of creative thinking, this was the resulting artwork I came up with. Jana, the client, she wanted make a few changes but nothing major.")

I designed this artwork with space exploration in mind, therefore it's color scheme also goes along with it. I used a futuristic typography and also took a new approach in title placement as well. It gives a fresh look to the book and sparks interest among the readers as well.")

For this book I took Caleb's pocket watch and its magic. For the next book I could use Chelsea's fire magic elements, like so on. All the covers will then have 5 different elements of the story and will have 5 main different colors for each book. This way the covers would look simple and focused but not cluttered with elements at the same time.
I also wanted to give the title a magical feel as well while blending in to the surrounding.
For the back cover I placed a moon also since its another element of the story.")
