Your burning FAQs, answered.

99designs is the most trusted creative platform for professional creators to find and do work online.
99designs will match you with the experts most qualified to complete your project based on the information you provide in the brief.
Experts will provide you with a quote based on the scope and complexity of your specific project.

Prices start at $500 for a new website design.

Our quick start eCommerce package provides a 1-page online site for a fixed cost of just $199.

If all you need are some updates to an existing Square Online site, no problem! Minor changes start from as low as $50.
Designers typically respond to requests within the first 24 hours. The total time a project will take is dependent upon scope and complexity.
Once you agree on a price with a designer, you'll secure the funds on 99designs with your credit card. You will release the funds to an expert only once you are satisfied.
Simple. Just click "Hire an expert" and start providing the basic information required in the brief. You'll then be matched and on your way!

If you don't already have a Square Online account, you can sign up for one here for free.
You can start creating a Square Online site as long as you have a Square account. You can sign up for a Square Online account for free here.
You will need to activate your Square Online account within your Square dashboard in order to proceed. This can be done in 3 simple steps:

1. Navigate to your Square Dashboard > select “Online”.
2. Click “Get Started”.
3. You can choose to either set up a single online ordering page or a multi-page eCommerce website
Work cannot begin until the expert has access to your Square Online site. They will be requesting access from you using the email associated with your Square account, so please watch for a "Square Online Access Request" email to that address.

Click “Accept Request” and your Expert is ready to go. Do keep in mind that granting access only provides permissions for Square Online purposes, and does not give the expert full access to your Square account.
Your expert is a pro at what they do but they won’t know what you need on your site unless you share it with them. Take a moment to pull together a list of any items or requirements you have for your online store. For example:

- Logo files
- Brand guidelines
- High-resolution imagery
- Outline of pages or sections for your site (Home, About, Shop, etc.)
- Copy for pages/sections ("About us")
- Sample sites you like & why
