Andrew Hill got their new wordpress theme design by running a design contest:
WeFixFreight.com a first of its kind Technology platform for the Logistics Industry!
Check out Andrew Hill's WordPress theme design contest…
WeFixFreight.com is a first of its kind business model that needs a brand new marketing blitz website to attract customers to our service offering. We have only been in business for 1 year, and are growing rapidly. We are a blend of both a technology company/ and logistical solution. We currently have both a website and applet design which allows the trucking industry the ability to find a warehouse facility, within 50 miles of their location whenever their is an issue with their load or freight in transit. Or, if a truck is refused at point of delivery because the product has shifted, fallen over, missed appointment, or it may just be the wrong product. This truck may have traveled across the entire US with this load, and is now stuck with product on their truck and no options to complete delivery. We provide an app and website, where they can simply log-in, briefly describe the issue with the load, and then hit "FIX MY FREIGHT". Once that is done, a notice alert is sent to our local warehouse and the trucker/ customer is given an address and solution for getting their load fixed, warehoused, or redelivered by our local affiliate. They are able to then drive to the local warehouse, and our trained on-site team will quickly fix the issue for them. Truckers normally have their entire week planned out, and a small issue like this could prevent them from taking all of the loads they have committed to for the balance of the week with this truck. Or, the entire load would have to be salvaged. Were like a blend between AAA and Uber where we both offer to fix the freight issue, and have a online service to request this work right away. If you want to be part of branding our new website to the world, for this first of its kind logistics and technology company, we'd love to have you show us what you got.
We want to stick with the colors scheme that's currently being used in our logo, which are blues, whites, greys. We want a very professional, eye catching design the engages the prospect immediately and tells a quick story of what we do. We fix your distressed freight issues, immediately. Want to include images of trucks, logistics, technology, as well as a focus on pallets of freight that have fallen over, and or are being re-stacked. We can provide some images of this.
Homepage: Big images that are relatable to our business, trucking, technology, pallet of product being stacked, as well as really nice buttons on top or Left side for the various sub pages. Main goal of homepage will be to (SIGN UP - NEW CUSTOMER), so that they sign up and then post a job on our website for us to fix their freight right away. Would like the sign up buttons to be on the right side of page, and will say, "Sign Up", then the two sign up categories will be (Customer) or (Service Agent). Tag line to be big and bold, on main image: Innovate, with WeFixFreight. Want to have a quick company bio below large centered image on front page as well. To recap, Large image in the middle, Sub page buttons on the Left hand side, Sign Up Now, (Customer) (Service Agent) on the right hand side, opposite Sub page buttons, tag line on bottom of image, then brief BIO below the main / centered image. 1st Sub Page: (SERVICES) *This page will serve to show the various service offerings that we provide, and here is a list of them: 1.) Rework 2.) Cross Dock 3.) Re-Delivery 4.) Short/ Long Term Warehousing 5.) Specialized Projects 6.) Container Unloading/ Sortation 7.) Transloading 8.) Freight Remediation 9.) Display Building 10.)On-site Labor 11.) Mold Remediation 12.) Product Disposal. (Would like to have images for each service type, to help describe what each one is, as well as a brief description for each service.) 2nd Sub Page; (Coverage Map) Looking to have an interactive map on this page, that shows where all of our "agent locations" are accross the US. This map is probably the 2nd most important part of our entire website, so any good ideas on this will help propel your design concept. We have a total of 120 agents currently, across the entire US right now, and it grows more each week. I want my customers to be impressed with our coverage map, and have the ability to click on a state, and then the map zooms in to show them with circle dots, where the specific locations are for each location within that state. 3rd Sub Page (Our Story): This page will be all about what got us to this point thus far, with a few paragraphs of information about how we started this business as a side bar to our 25 year old trucking and logistics company, and it became a strong part of our monthly warehouse revenue. We learned how powerful our setup was and how many truckers we were able to help out of these major jams when their trucks got refused at point of delivery. We built a system around the process, and after several successful years we were being asked by our customers to expand into other markets across the country. As those requests grew louder, we started drafting ideas about building a technology platform that could manage the jobs, as well as an outsourced service agent model, with small to mid-sized trucking companies like ourselves who could really use the extra revenue to their warehouse operation. (Would like to add a few images on this page that relate to the brief story of our history). 4th Sub Page: (Need Help Now) This page is about taking information from a prospect that is in an emergency situation and needs to get a load fixed right away. They may not be willing to go through our entire sign up process at the time, but if they need something fixed quickly, and are willing to give us a little information about themselves, and the specific job, through a series of a few questions I think this will help us get fresh, hot leads for our sales and operations team to capitalize on quickly. This page will look like an inquiry form, asking questions like: *Company Name *Your Name *Phone Number *Email Address *Location of your Truck / Service Need *Product Type *Total Pallets *How Soon do you need it Fixed (This form will be emailed to our sales staff right away to help them with this issue. I have more detailed information that I will share during the design process. Also, I have done several contests before on 99Designs and will be communicating with all of you throughout the entire process to let you all know where you stand. In closing, this company is a first of its kind, and we have submitted a patten around our business model and technology. Thus, this is a great opportunity to get involved with a major rising star organization. Looking for very creative designers, with a professional edge to them. Thanks for your time and work in advance.
Looking forward to working with you! This could turn into much more work as we have a lot of projects to follow this one.
