I already have a logo designed that I’m happy with. I will upload my business card / pictures of the clinic. It’s a 1940s style clinic but that does not need to be reflected, I’ll upload pictures. The feedback is that stock photos with needles are not popular. I will upload the text from the Q and A. The rest is on the site. I’d like a contact form at the end of each page. The sections are : name / email / address / at home or clinic option. Basically I need a slick, classic design that will translate to smartphones and iPads. There isn’t a huge e-commerce / scheduling element as I will be including an at home service which has variable scheduling. I've included some pictures of the clinic and me (which cleqrly need to be redone!).
