We have two main references to websites in mind:

This is a part of a larger website project. This particular page is an index page, showing articles, interviews and country profiles from a specific country. The example should be created for Zambia (if possible).

The design should include all elements laid out in the wireframe.

Top of Page masthead: The idea for the top area of the page, which takes the full height of the screen, is to show a strong and light background visual accompanied by key data on the country. We were thinking national flowers, capital skylines or major architectural landmarks. The image needs to be stylistically altered to not look like a generic background parallax image that is trending now. Please see a link reference in the wireframe doc for an example.

Blocks: As per the wireframe, we require an attractive layout of article and interview blocks which will click thru to further content.

In the foreground, key data on the country is presented as bold numbers, short stats and links to sources / further content. See this page for an idea of what country key data is: http://country.eiu.com/zambia

no generic theme from a third-party provider, please

The tone of the website should appeal to corporate CEOs and blue chip audience. The page will be used as the launchpad for a marketing campaign for the country (in this case Zambia).

Everything on beta.fdispotlight.com can be pulled instead of lorem ipsum and generic images.

Please use the wireframe in the link further above and the current design of beta.fdispotlight.com as a starting point.

Please use one of existing CSS framework instead of fully custom code. The smaller the library, the better.
