Custom Real Estate WordPress Theme Design - Different from other wordpress themes out there

Our website will give home buyers and sellers information about what they need to expect and what they need to prepare for before they begin their real estate buying or selling process. And of course we will be there to help them every step of the way. From helping them advertise their home for sale to finding out how much money the bank will loan them to purchase a house to the closing of the purchase or sale. Our main target audience will be home sellers.

1. We are looking for the master theme design that will be used to create all pages on our website. We will want the theme to be compatible with Elementor.(https://elementor.com/) Elementor Page Builder will be used to create and edit all of our web pages on top of this wordpress theme that you design. Just a note if it matters to a designer, probably matters to the coder after the design. 2. Now to the look and feel of the theme: From looking at how colors affect peoples emotions we kind of thought that Blues, Greens and maybe Oranges might be some good colors? But we are hoping that the designers will also have some marketing knowledge of what different parts of design does to the marketing aspect. We are trying to convey a feeling of knowledgeable and trustworthiness in a design, so we know colors play a big role in conveying that. So give us YOUR ideas, that’s why we came here was to get advice from the pros. We will list some website we like below and what we like about them.

We are really just looking for the "theme" design for now. A good looking original, custom, WordPress theme template to attach to our WordPress web site and then use Elementor to edit/create all the pages on the website. But check out the way www.AgentImage.com scrolls through 5 different color schemes. Something like that might be nice, but not a copy of their website.

We just don't want this "theme" template to look like every other website.
