Who are you known as?
The company is called Yalla Shave.
Tell us a bit about who you are and the people you reach
Yalla shave will be the first digitally native, arab male grooming band. Our focus initially is on selling razors via e-commerce subscriptions models - much like Harry's and Dollar Shave Club - and then to branch out to other male grooming categories. Our target consumers are in male Saudi's who spend a fair bit of time on social media (in Saudi context this means youtoube, instagram, facebook), are comfortable with shopping on line, and or street smart/on the look out for a bargain. The age profile is 18 to 35. A little bit about the name: Yalla colloquially mean's "Let's go!", "Just do it"...although literally it means "be quick". So the brand name is Yalla Shave. Although the word shave might limit our expansion in to other male grooming categories, it is not a concern at this stage, because we want to make sure consumers understand quickly what is the nature of the company.
What industry do you think your business is most related to?
Cosmetics & Beauty
What do you have in mind for the style and theme of the WordPress theme?
We have two objectives with the theme: we want to convey a strong Saudi heritage (without using the flag) but we also want it to slightly irreverent. The predominant colors are lime green and white. The brand logo has already been finalized.
In terms of saudi identity there are a few iconic images that communicate saudi well (oudh incense burner, prayer beads, saudi desert tent fabric, traditional door to saudi home). Images of the logo and some of these iconic images are attached as part of the brief.

What to avoid
No drop down menu's. Would like the website to be basic and easy to navigate and open on on the major browsers or if it opens on facebook.
a few words: street smart irreverence, arab authenticity, easy design
