Wordpress Theme to match our new logo

I need a new Wordpress Theme for http://www.jobresults.com.au. We are mainly recruiting cleaners, warehouse workers, labourers, gardeners and call centre operators so some relevant pix would be good. Someone using a grinder is always makes a good photo.

Of course you can use any method you prefer for creating themes, it's not necessary to use a theme generator.

To enter the contest, upload a screen capture of the theme you have created to this 99designs page.

Screen capture will show our logo on the page, along with the page colors, layout, etc.

The winner will provide the Wordpress theme files (preferably as a .zip)

I also need you to remove (or hide, or comment out) the following items from the theme:

- category/tag

- "by" username

- date page published

- responses

- comments

- Item 1...Basically I want this to be a corporate look, not a blog style kind of site that wordpress if famous for.+
- Some tastefully inserted photos of happy, good looking people at work: a Call Centre/ office worker, a forklift driver, a waitress....or similar industries.
- We are predominantly a blue collar recruiting agency so pictures of cleaners, gardeners, someone using a grinder is always pretty spectacular!

- Item 1...This means that the date/ time article that each article was posted is irrelevant, same goes for the article tags/ catergories, username and who posted the story, and also response/ comments are not needed either.
