Our website’s target audience is mainly leaders and managers who are looking to improve their company.
The values and feelings we would like to communicate with our design are: innovative, easy going, minimalistic, happy and caring.
We have chosen to not list any examples of websites below as we want you as a designer to have a lot of freedom to come up with a cool and unique design that you see fit the keywords mentioned above.
Landing/home page
Employee engagement focus areas page containing 8-10 categories (wellness, ambassadorship, etc.) with 1 icon and 1-2 sentences of dummy content for each focus area/category.
Result/deliverables page showing examples of deliverables containing histograms, trend charts, reports and some analytics/insights (dummy content)
Please use a color scheme that is not purple, not too dark and not monochromatic
We have kept this design contest brief pretty loosely defined on purpose so that you as a designer will have a lot of freedom to come up with cool and unique ideas for our website design.
Also, we see this contest as a trial run for more work to come if we find the right designer.
