How MarionAKeyes started their web page design journey
Who are you known as?
Trilogy Law Group
Tell us a bit about who you are and the people you reach
We are a law firm that focuses on estate planning, asset protection, tax law, mergers and acquisitions, etc. Our target audience is clients, potential clients, financial advisors, CPAs, and colleagues.
What industry do you think your business is most related to?
We are looking to have a custom-designed landing page for http://www.trilg.com. Currently, the landing page is focused almost exclusively on estate planning and we would like to have a landing page that more accurately reflects the scope of our services. There should be the following buttons at the top: "Home," "About Us," "Practice Areas," "Contact Us," and "Blog." We would like to incorporate the Trilogy Law Group logo (copy attached). When someone clicks on the Practice Areas button, it should go to the second page which will include the following buttons for practice areas: "Asset Protection," "Corporate Law," "Estate Planning," "International Transactions," "Mergers and Acquisitions," and "Tax Law." Finally, the "Estate Planning" button will then point to our current website content.
What to avoid
we prefer simple and elegant to cluttered and noisy. Avoid standard wordpress.com theme designs. If I wanted one of these, I would have designed this myself.
Good luck! We will be checking in on the contest and giving feedback at least two times per day. This is probably our 6th or 7th time doing a contest ... so we try to be very nice and give comments to everyone. However, if someone is way off the mark, we try to let them know as quickly as possible that they aren't in the same ballpark as what we are thinking.
