How Jmatheus started their web page design journey

Tell us a bit about who you are and the people you reach
Raven's Nest will provide a hosted database solution for applications running on RavenDb, a database product. This service will enable development teams to leverage a RavenDb database in their applications without having to manage the infrastructure and backup for their database.
The value add is that RavenDb is the only non-sql database built in the .NET programming platform for .NET developers, so it's super easy to integrate with .NET applications (unlike our competitors).
Our aim is to make it super easy to spin up a database in the cloud & to provide interfaces to let teams easily manage their databases over time.
What industry do you think your business is most related to?
This is the home page for our main competitor. I like how the benefits and offerings are easy to read in sections. I don't think https://mongohq.com/home
Our plans are almost identical to theirs. I like the grid for easy comparison. I like the section on the right that talks about the benefits of the plans. I don't like that you have to do all that scrolling to see the plans for the different types of hosting (Shared Plans | Replica Set Plans | Dedicated Plans): https://mongohq.com/pricing
Home Page - We need a home page that talks about who we are & what we offer. This should contain ALL the information about our value adds in easy to read sections.
Pricing - A price layout of the plans we offer. It needs to be laid out where the features and price can be laid out easily.
We're targeting both small development teams as well as teams from large companies. It's important not to look very corporate, but at the same time not look like our company is run by a bunch of wacky startup guys. I would emphasize on being fun and not looking corporate more than I would on looking like a bunch of amateurs.
We're focusing on companies who want to develop their application for the cloud. RavenDb caters to the niche market of .NET (Microsoft) development groups who don't want to run on a SQL database.
We're targeting both developers as well as the executive decision makers that they report to. We need to look edgy, but reputable and responsible.
The attached website pictures are what the new RavenDb product site is going to look like. We do NOT own any of those images or the logo. We can make the logo similar to it though.
