I have a logo, brand and website but need it "redecorated" to be more femine and appealing to cosmetic patients. I have a web guy I like and just hired a SEO person- we have had some staff changes and need to be "rediscovered by google". What I want is someone to redesign the banner, fonts and colors to be more appealing to women - and to include a photo of me. The light green color is the color of our office and many of our brochures - the rest is up for grabs. Ideally would like a beautiful women image that would appeal to the average 35-70 year old women, and maybe a man that would appeal to the same age group. I ideally would like the banner image to be something I could use as a foundation for a print ad campaign as well. The logo and other information in the banner needs to be there. My web guy could then carry the new theme throughout the site. He is good technically - the two of use, however, seem to miss the boat as far as creating a site appealing to women.

I like my site overall - just need it to look less masculine and technical. I would also like some models in the banner that I could use in print ads also for continuity. I also need my photo, as I grew up in town and people often recognize me, even if they don't recognize the clinic name. I don't want to start over - just update my WordPress site.
