New website design for USS Management

USS require a new website design. We're looking for a clean, professional design, based on the current logo and content visible at www.ussmanagement.com.

Desired Style: Clean and professional with good typography and use of images Accepted File Formats: Layered Formats (.psd or .tiff) Unique Space Solutions (USS) is a company that helps organisations maximise the revenue that they generate from their properties. For example, if you owned a Gym, your core revenue would be from the people doing fitness - your customers. USS would help you make additional revenue from advertising, sponsorship, vending machines, mobile services, etc. Details of what the company does is available on the website, at www.ussmanagement.com. The company will use the logo that is displayed on the website. However, this logo, and the current content, are the only design constraints. Feel free to play around with layouts, graphics, images, to achieve the best oeverall design. We are only looking for photoshop layouts. We don't need HTML or CSS. You may use any images you feel are appropriate to represent the company. Images should be taken from libraries where they are either free for commercial use, or purchasable for a few dollars - IStock and the like. We will need references of where to purchase each image used. On our side, we promise to provide you with prompt and objective feedback, so that you can judge quickly whether your ideas are on the right track. We'll use the following interpretations for the star system: 1* - Nothing special 2* - Good enough to show the team and consider 3* - Once we've reviewed as a team, those we like enough to want to see more will be upgraded to 3* 4* - Used to indicate front-runners 5* - We'll allocate these to the final 2 or 3 designs in the frame, before selecting a winner.
