Trailer Trash Mobile Skips is a mobile bin hire business where domestic and commercial customers are able to hire our patented skip bins throughout Australia. The ttrash.com.au site is the primary marketing and customer booking tool for the business and needs to engage the customer and encourage them to seek an online quote. We would like the website to appeal to our key domestic market which is more often female (over 25 years) and also to our commercial market which is often project manager or building manager level but can also be builders who work for themselves. More often than not people looking to hire a skip bin are expecting to find an open skip delivered by a large truck. Our skip bins were designed 7 years ago and we therefore still need to spell out the advantages of our product over normal skips. We would like a site that looks up to date in style and has a fun feel and makes it easy for the visitor to find out key information for eg: Waste types allowed/not allowed, Weight limits, Service areas, Pricing, Uses, Dimensions etc

Home screen including quote section, key info, images, franchise login and regular customer login. The home page is important on 3 key levels: Encourage the visitor to complete the quote process Provide key information about the product and its benefits Breadth of service areas – national coverage etc The home page should introduce the product and direct the visitor to the quoting section or to call the office for more information regarding our services. It should engage the customer as much as possible and help them to understand how the product/service can solve their waste removal needs. As the brand ‘trailer trash’ is a play on words the ‘fun’ aspect should be highlighted. Other sites (Rentaskip) use a character representation of the bin to assist in this process. Easy to navigate menu with titles including (but not limited to) Pricing, Sizes and dimensions (which will include a cubic metre calculator), Waste types, Uses, Your local driver, Gallery, Franchising, Contact us Our logo and images are available if required but most are presented on our website ttrash.com.au. We would like to avoid clutter on the home page as the other pages can be used for content
What to avoid
Too much content on the home page and too slow to load – ie limited images. Too many colours, we need to highlight our brand/logo and key messages…’we bring the tip to you’ as well as ‘we deliver, you fill, we take it away’
