The first image that clients will have about the company. We want to build the micheque.com page first and for the landing to be bilingual. A well identified language button is to be in place in the landing page so that the user reaches all pages in either English or Spanish based on their button selection. The design of the page should allow for us to place the text and change text in the future.
The landing page must feature the following information and structure:
a) The design of the page must include the micheque.com name displayed as a logo. Currently there is no logo for the company and one is needed for the website. The words micheque mean in Spanish my check. That is why the English version of the website is called mycheque.net
b) We think that the best use of the rectangular viewing area in the computer monitor is to have a format that incorporates the following structure:

2) Order your checks
The page where the corporate person responsible for acquiring the checks for the operation goes to make his/her transaction.
To place an order customer must login into his/her account by entering User name and password.
If it is a new customer, customer must register. In order to register, the customer’s User name should be their email, and the password should be a password chosen by the customer. Other data to be entered during registration is shipping and mailing addresses.
Steps to place an order:
Choose color and design from the products that we show.
Select quantity (different prices will be shown for these choices)
Provide us with your company info, account details, and starting check number (we include a detailed list of what is needed).
Select an image from a list of standard images that we provide, that will appear in Portrait format to the left of the Name & Address area of the check.
a. An option should be given at this point to the customer to add their logo to the design of the check for an additional fee. If the customer choses this option, an additional screen or dialog should be presented so the customer can chose if the logo to be added is Portrait or Landscape format showing the layout in which it will appear on the check (Portrait will appear to the left of name & address, Landscape will appear above name and address). The customer must then upload the logo. The logo must be Black & White in .bmp format.
We show a representation of the check on-line based on the design chosen, the company information, the image selected from the list (or logo uploaded), and account details entered. Customer must review the representation of the check and approve it on-line. This approval must be recorded as the authorization to proceed with the order, and manufacturing of the product.

Customer will see order confirmation number on-line at this point. This number will be required to verify the status of the order, and future reorder. An autoreply email must be sent to the customer at this point confirming receipt of the order, order number, and estimated shipping date.
3) Other Products
This page is to be connected to the same shopping cart that we are to use for checks. In it we are to include envelopes, labels, stamps, and other related business office supplies.
4) Express reorder
Customer clicks on this button and is quickly brought to enter User name and Password to proceed to re-order. Once logged in, the customer will land in a page where a list of previous orders will appear and the customer can chose which check to re-order. In it, the customer can change the check or simply indicate to reorder based on the last order. Order quantity and starting check number must be confirmed. The order process continues with Step 3. Once approval is received, Step 4 and 5 continue
5) Order status
The customer logs in, and the status of the order can be checked using the order number .
6) About Us
A one paragraph description of the company.
7) Contact Us
A page that allows clients to write to us and indicate what is needed. The main method of desired communication is via email. Customer must provide the preferred email and phone number to be reached at.
