Business & Consulting
We are a company dedicated to helping organisations build and enhance their diversity and inclusion approach. Established in 2003 by Heather Price, Symmetra has worked with globally-renowned organisations, delivering the diversity and inclusion solutions and consulting they require. While we work with a range of industries, some of our main target segments include technology and telecommunications, consumer goods, professional services, financial services, banking and insurance. We mainly work with large multinational corporations; some of our past clients include Unilever, HSBC, SAP, Cisco and VISA.
We want a modern, professional site that showcases diversity. It must establish a unifying concept that the rest of the pages can carry forward. It's not just about looking nice but having meaning. We work in a very people-centric environment and our emphasis on diversity and inclusion needs to be cleverly visible in how our website is done. For example, a similar company have made circles a whole brand concept – its in their logo, and they use lots of different circles (in size, colour, texture) to represent the concept of diversity – It is very cleverly done because you are emphasising diversity without needing to use words. It's in the visuals of the site. https://www.paradigmiq.com/ We want our site to communicate something similar and powerful. Our current website has a lot of great content that can be used but what we really want to communicate with the visuals of our site is our message of diversity and inclusion. Please see the website links included. Imagery used should portray the concepts of diversity and inclusion in organisations and details about colours and font to be used are attached below. As part of your submission, please be sure to include an explanation as to why you went with the visuals and aesthetics you chose. The brand story and guide is attached. But we want to look at potentially doing a brand overhaul based on the concept and idea you come up with.
Please use the existing content and come up with new designs for the following pages: https://symmetra.com.au/ https://symmetra.com.au/about-us/our-team/
