An introduction to the company. The goal of this page is to get the visitor to fill out a form to make them eligible to get free toner and paper. The page should direct the visitors' eyes to a form that will ask:
-repeat of password
-make of printer
-model of printer
It must be clear to the visitor that if this form is filled out successfully they WILL receive free toner and paper. Also before submitting, visitor must check a box next to "I agree to the terms of service".
Also need a "login" button for returning users.
Used around the forms that our website developer will create. It must convey that the user has not left the website.
Navlinks on all pages will be:
-Privacy & Terms
What to avoid
Small unreadable text. Clutter. Anything that does not lend to the purpose, getting the visitor's email address and then getting them to fill out the form to sign up for our service.
I have attached my logo. Please draw inspiration from the logo for colors and design. I chose this logo (designed on 99Designs.com) because it communicated the purpose of my business in a single glance.
Simplicity and clarity of purpose (get the visitor to fill out the form) are primary objectives for the home page. The border page should clearly comunicate to the visitor that the visitor has not left the site.
The primary goal of the design is to get visitors to fill out the form and click submit (I call this a "conversion"). The number of fields that were required made me realize that some visitors might be intimidated by all of the fields and leave before filling out the form (not good). So to help increase conversion only the email field of the form will be initially shown with a submit button. When the visitor submits their email address one of two things will happen:-If the email address is from a prior visitor, the screen will expand to ask the user for their password.-If the email address is from a new visitor, the screen will expand to ask the user the the 6 remaining questions. You do not need to program this into your graphics, I only wanted to you understand how the final version will work.
I will expect PSD files from the winning designer.
