****Home Page: NOTE: We do not want it to look ANYTHING like the old site. - Brand building is the main focus and culture, B2B, and recruiting. - We want to incorporate our "Defender Blue" (PMS 300) which is what you see on our logo. - We would like to have 5 main tabs: Home, Our Culture, Our Story, Career Corner, and OSC - Our biggest message should appear which is: Businesses Don't Grow, People Do. - We want the homepage to serve as an opportunity to share who we are and be an easy way to navigate to where you want to go. We have a very unique culture that we are very passionate about. -We do not want to have ADT or Dish or any of our products on the home page Key items about Defender to consider: - Circle of Life Wheel (attachment), freedom to change our wheel, whether it is shape, color, layout - as long as the purpose and function of the wheel is the same. The Circle of Life is defined as the way that Defender spends and reinvests our money to continue to grow the business. - Rotating employee short testimonials – “cut outs” of the people - Our 4 Passions which are: Developing Leaders, Ever Expanding Influence, Self-Improvement and Systems are the Solution - A way to get to our jobs or career page ****Interior Page: -We really like http://att.jobs/ for our recruiting/careers page which can serve as an interior page inspiration
