Thelibraryofalexandra got their new web page design by running a design contest:
website design for The Business Analyst's Toolkit

My business is a blog sharing free information as well as selling information products (eventually) about information technology business analysis.
http://www.10fifteen.com.au/ http://zenhabits.net/ http://www.seobook.com/blog http://www.anz.com/small-business/ http://www.mindtools.com/ https://www.mint.com/ http://www.mindflash.com/blog/ I would like clean, fresh and uncluttered design which does not take up too much screen real estate with text based navigation links and titles as much as possible (background images can be used of course).
I would like one template layout that I can use for every page. I use blogger.com to post information to the website.
This site is aimed at information technology audience which is a predominantly male dominant field. A lot of women lead the industry too. Business analysis is about the interface between technologists (programmers, architects, etc) and the business (people who need systems to support business activities) which requires good communications skills. I would like the web site to focus on expressing well communicated concepts to my audience hence, an eye catching, uncluttered and focused design would support this. I want to template to have the facility to eventually incorporate a logo design, something like this https://99designs.com.au/logo-design/store/11310 to reflect communication and connectivity, but I want it to be a unique design to my blog only.
Every design category has flexible pricing for all budgets. Web page design starts at $599.
Full copyright with production-ready files for digital and/or print.
It all began with a design brief.
A quick, interactive guide helped them understand their design style and captured exactly what they needed in their web page design.
Thelibraryofalexandra is collaborating with designers to refine their ideas
When design entries come in, you can rate them so designers know what you’re looking for in your logo design.
99designs has great collaboration tools so you can pinpoint and capture your ideas
And then… they selected a winner!
The job was a complex web app, including transactional and social design elements. Chris did a fantastic job; he was patient, responsive and quick. He also delivered excellent design work and we were super pleased with the entire process. I have never worked with him before, and I was pleasantly surprised at how professional and talented he is.
Along the way, they met lots of talented designers…
We think contests are a super fun way to get design.
