What's your vision?
Tagline: Affordable - Luxurious Guest Suites Desired Color Scheme: See link for brochure colors Desired Style: Classy style - like the brochure Accepted File Formats: unflattened .psd (if coded then valid .html / .css as well) This website MUST MUST MUST reflect their brochure (see link below) If you aren't going to make it reflect this brochure, don't submit. There are two JPG's of the brochure to use for the images - see the link below. The brochure JPG's are big - they will take time to download - one is 5mb and the other is 3. I have pulled most of the images off of it and they can be found at the same link below. I also have uploaded the brochure as an unflattened .pdf if you use Adobe Illustrator and need them. They won't work with Photoshop so if you don't use true vector software, don't download these files. They are huge files (60mb+) so try to use the seperate images at the link mentioned below. But for those of you that use Illustrator, they pictures are bett quality in the .pdf. Make this site compliment the brochure. good. Notes: We do NOT need a search box. Don't try to add "flashy" commercial stuff on the front page. Clean & Classy is the way to go. Other notes: The final product MUST be sent as an unflattened .psd. If you do not know what that is, please do not waste my time or your time - do not submit anything. For those of you who know what that is, thank you. Also, if you want to code this out, I will still expect an unflattened .psd. The home page (index.html) and all subpages will need to be created using valid html / css. I do not expect or need you to put their content in. Basically just slice it up, create the pages and send it off. For the winner, the layout chosen will need some modificaiton. We may have to go back and forth with the client a few times until we get it the way they want it. This is normal. If you haven't won a contest here before, you need to expect some back and forth corrections. Pay - I pay only when I receive the final product - not before. Again, after 10+ auctions here, I have a very good record and I always, always, pay. Payment method. I prefer PayPal the most. Please. If you are in the US, I will also pay with company check if you prefer. For those of you out of the US, if you can't accept PayPal I will pay using Western Union on 1 condition: The fees for Western Union (typically around $25 usd) comes out of the prize money for the contest. If you prefer some other form of payment, please PM me BEFORE you post to this contest for prior approval. I know it sounds like a lot of rules, but there have been way too many people on here who don't understand contests lately. For those of you veterans, I aplogize for all of this as you already know it. This should be a very simple contest so have fun with it.
