storeatmyhouse.com will be a very simple site that lets users post amount of extra space they have at their house so other users can browse through the site and see space available to store items. Basically have two sections for 'I need Space' or 'I'm have Space'.

This contest is for the homepage only, however the winning designer will go on to design the entire website and I pay 150 per full page.
