$950+ - Web Site Template, Buttons and Banners for Software Company

We need to upgrade our current corporate image. All graphics are to be delivered in PSD format. We are looking for something truly unique and must be granted exclusive rights to the winning design.

Desired Color Scheme:
White, Yellow/Gold, Grey

Desired Style:
We really want the new design to have more whitespace. We don't like how dark our current site is. And of course, we want something with that Web 2.0 type feel.

Accepted File Formats:
PSD

While we are not asking for the templates to be coded, the design should be HTML friendly. Meaning, the designer should still keep page load time and overall graphic size in mind while creating the design.

We will need 3 templates for our site.
1) Home page
2) Content Page
3) Forums page

Home Page
The home page should have easy access to main navigation, several content areas and highlight our two main product offerings. We need to maintain areas for the content that is currently on our homepage. We would also like to see how a graphic/photo could be incorporated into the homepage. Something that helps break up the front page a little more.
