TWOTREE got their new web page design by running a design contest:
Web-Based Reporting Format for Lab Test Results
Check out TWOTREE's Web page design contest…
Looking for a visually attractive way of displaying lab results on a web page in a simple and professional manner. We require: a summary page showing the menu of lab tests for an individual, a page showing the test results for a particular set of tests, and a drill-down page providing a follow-up menu for a particular test.

What's your vision?
Desired Color Scheme: Anything that does not clash with our logo colors Desired Style: Professional, simple, leading edge, positive/energetic Accepted File Formats: Standard Web Formats (.jpg, .gif or .png); Vector Formats (.eps, .pdf or .ai); Layered Formats (.psd or .tiff) http://www.jubilife.com/flex/main/main.html This link shows a crude mock-up of what we need. A user will log in and will be able to see a menu of the various lab tests he took. That is the first page we need. If you click on any of the folders you can see test results for any particular test. Generally, there is a scale where too low or too high are considered abnormal results (indicated by red with yellow/orange used to indicate borderline/warning results). The green range indicates normal results. There should be some kind of indicator showing where the user's test results fall. The mock up will give you a general idea of what we need, but we are looking for a very cool, visually appealing format to present these results. That is the second page we need. Third, within each test result we want the user to be able to click on the test or the name of the test and be brought to another page that provides a menu that offers: (1) What is this test?, (2) What do my results mean? (3) JubiLife recommendations/action steps, (4) Resources for additional information.  We would like to incorporate our logo somewhere on these pages as we are tying to build a brand. The logo can be downloaded from http://www.richltd.com/JUBILIFElogo.pdf.
