Upscale Professional Services Company Website Design Needed

Allstar Management Services

Hotel services management company. Fulfilling all hotel service needs, such as: full-time, part-time and temporary staffing, catering and cleaning, front desk and concierge and management of staff.

Base design on corporate identity (logo). We want this to be an upscale design more on the level of 4 and 5-star hotels like 4 Seasons, the Marriott and the Fairmont. We would like to see upscale photos and imagery not cheesy stock photography with staged people. Employees need to look like they're working and happy with their work but not overly / staged happy.

Prominent placement of phone number is also desired.

HOME
This should be the foundation page that drives the audience to the 3 main offerings of the site (I Need to Hire, I'm Looking for Jobs and Contact Us). It should be clean and professional and slightly upscale. The design should show the main menu clearly in the header with the logo and look appealing and not be overstated. There should be a representative image depicting professional staffing services in the background(s).
There should be a place for a mission statement.
We would like a place or section with testimonials.
The footer should be clear, informative and not overbearing. It should include at the most 4 social media links/icons. Contact information should be included in the footer. Colors from the logo should be incorporated as well as any additional cohesive and stylistic colors.

2nd Page - SERVICES

We should see a cohesive design based on the home page but be more content heavy. It should include samples of paragraph text and bullet lists. Clear Call to Action buttons are also needed (Hire a professional now, Find a job now).
Same header and footer as the home page.
Please use Lorem Ipsum for text, for now.

Logo usage and colors from the logo.
Monsterrat is the main font in the logo and it would be great to use that same font or similar font from Google fonts or FontSquirrel.
Reusing the star as a bullet would be appropriate.
