The website is for a Sports Field Construction firm, they build football, baseball, soccer and other fields. We don't have a website name yet so leave it as FieldConstructionInc.com or some other default name for now.

The client wants Unique (Not Corporate) but at the same time still Professional. . He wants the website to say sports.

They already have a basic logo which shows the company name on baseball diamond along with 2 baseball bats, baseball, soccer ball, and I think what looks like a baseball glove. It's a small-midsize square shaped image if that helps your layout.

The main links are Home, Field Construction Services, Field Dimensions, Multi-Purpose Courts, Laser Grading, Daily Maintenance Practices, Sports Lighting Services, Irrigation Services, Consulting Services

The second set of links are for Field Construction Services. Instead of using these links on just Field Construction services pages I want to put them directly on the front page because these are his main services. Links include: Baseball, Football & Rugby Fields, Soccer, Lacrosse & Field Hockey, Tennis Courts, Track and Field Facilities, Sand Volleyball Courts, Playgrounds. If possible use some type of small image which is unique for each link.

There are 4 other links but I don't want them to be placed on the main links because I think it might just takes up too much space and look too busy. The links are titled About Us, Contact Us, Sitemap, Privacy Policy. But if you think you can fit them in then go for it. If not place them somewhere else, they'll probably have smaller fontsize since the main focus is more on services links.

Also there should be a prominent, image based link to a sports equipment online ecommerce store, something that says Visit our online store, or online shop or something that conveys the same message.

Also there's a testimonial and an image of a very prominent person in the baseball field that the client is very proud of. So I want to incorporate that image along with 2 or 3 lines of quote next oto the imaage. Try to make this image prominent / somewhere above the fold (users don't have to scroll just to see it). For now use a default image of a person.

Also we'll need a bottom navigation bar - it'll include the 4 small links and the main links for home, field construction services.... etx

If all goes well I'll probably be working with the contest winner on misc icons/images for the rest of website(additional $) as needed.

I'll be checking back 2-3 times a day, and speaking with the client about it today too. If additional feedback is required(over the weekend) then you'll have to wait until Monday once I get a chance to speak with the client again.
