Part 1 ($200): Uncoded psd for the following key and the most complex pages.

Part 2 ($200): Winner gets to create Uncoded psd for the remaining pages. These additional pages have varying degree of complexity, e.g. About Us and pages seen in the listing process or registration process. Will consider additional $100 if part 2 involves more work than expected.

Coding Contest will be run separately after a winner is selected.

Design guidelines: Recommend that you create a login at the finesellers site with fictitious data (e-mail needs to be real) to explore the site.

· Pages need to integrate logo and banner on the top. Hex #s for the green on the fine are #008237, the deep green in the icons are #004119 and the lighter shadowing is #B4DCC3.
· Keep it functional, elegant and clean in web 2.0 style
· Our target customers are 30-60 years of age. Pages should be easy to read. No small fonts or fonts in low contrast (font color/background).
· Feel free to re-arrange or group the elements (fields, menu items etc) as long as all existing elements are incorporated.
· Users will be able to create and write their blogs and there will be a community bulletin board or forum. This feature will be added to the site shortly. In a typical listing page, following two items need to be added next to the username:
o Icon to indicate blog and last entry by this user (icon + last updated field (date, time).
o Icon to indicate forum and last entry by this user (icon + last updated field (date, time).
