hi, i'm ron. i've been running a successful office cleaning and building maintenance business for over 30 years, but i have neglected to add any serious online advertising. i'm ready to change that now, and i'm looking for a talented designer to help redesign my website to better reflect my business and related services.

i'm interested in targeting businesses that are located in my area (central NJ).
Requirements
i would like an attention-grabbing website template designed to allow me to describe my business and services. i have been advised to request that the design allow the html to be developed using a css framework (960, YUI grids). i would like the colors to invoke a sense of clean and pure, with effective use of whitespace and clean colors such as white, blue and maybe green.
