How Kelly Ross Kerr started their web page design journey
Who are you known as?
Sue Firth Ltd.
Tell us a bit about who you are and the people you reach
Sue's target audience are business professionals that need help dealing with stress, both in their personal life and their business. Her clients are mostly in the UK, but she does service clients worldwide, and we are wanting to grow her business and following.
What industry do you think your business is most related to?
What do you have in mind for the style and theme of the web page?
Sue is open to using the color scheme on her current site, but would like some other ideas and options. (http://firthconsulting.net/) She feels that this site is too "corporate" and she would like it to feel more personal.
For the banner of the website, she would like it to incorporate the attached images of people jumping on the beach, and her personal photo. It should also include the strapline, "Sue Firth Ltd: It’s all About People, It’s all about You!"
We are looking for a single page design, that we will then turn into a Wordpress layout.
We would like a banner, as mentioned above, that incorporates the beach photo and the photo of Sue, along with the strapline "Sue Firth Ltd: It’s all About People, It’s all about You!".
The navigation should be "Home, About Us, Work with me, Testimonials, Resources, Blog and shop."
As mentioned before, if each section could have its own divider on the page, that would be great. (See kellyrosskerr.com).
We want this site to be "professional and personal" not corporate, which is the issue with her current site. We want it to be engaging to professionals that might be experiencing stress in their personal and business lives. We want it to be inviting and encouraging so that they know Sue can help them, and to get them to contact her.
I am attaching the two images that Sue wants incorporated in the header, as well as a link to a document that contains content changes from her existing site. These content changes will be handled on our end when we get the new design, but I thought it might give the designers some insight into what she wants to accomplish with this new version.
