Young Americans for Liberty -- http://www.YALiberty.org
Year of Youth is a campaign project developed by Young Americans for Liberty to recruit, train, and mobilize youth activists willing to commit 6 months to a year of their life to work full-time on a campaign or run for office themselves.
Youth activists. Limited government conservatives, classical liberals, and libertarians. The A.D.D. generation.
Although, you should be comfortable sending this website to your grandma too.
This "splash page" is a one-column website with an eye-popping collage for a background. The design is similar in structure to the attached image: C4L-money-bomb-homepage.jpg *SEE BELOW*.
Wide creativity is encouraged with this simple, yet, visually-exploding web page.
Referencing the sample image, here are basic instructions:
The background should resemble a collage of activism photos taken at successful events from our campus chapters. There are 20-30 photos to choose from, crop, and arrange here: http://www.flickr.com/photos/yalibe…5447518588
All content will go in the center column, which consists of text, an embedded video, and a sign up form. Copy and more details coming...
The overall look should dovetail in with our current website: http://www.YALiberty.org. They should look like sister sites.
Colors: Black and white, blue, and gold are the primary YAL colors. Integrating red into the design is a plus too, but not required.
The eagle: The YAL eagle [attached] must be integrated into the splash page. Integrating the YAL logo [attached] is a plus, but not required.
Logo: A new logo is preferred. Attached is an example and here are earlier attempts to design the Year of Youth logo: http://99designs.com/logo-design/co…eded-37367
If available, PSD and vector files can be sent upon request.
