We are a small laundry and storage company that caters to college students and we need your help. We're growing quickly and our customers are very web savvy.... even though we're not! We like our website design from a look and feel perspective but the user interface is terrible. We need to improve how the data and information flows on the site.

Our target audience is affluent college students and their parents - both of whom use our website regularly.
We do not want the basic look of our website to be redone – we want an improvement to the design. Specifically, improvements in better fitting the screen, more clearly displaying the key information, and more readily directing the user to the calls to action. The current start/splash page is not working for us at all. The inside pages are displaying far too much header and too much text. The site tends to confuse users. It is too hard to figure out how to sign up for our service, and it is far too difficult to navigate and find information one is looking for.
We would like to see at least 5 new pages of the design. 1 for the opening/start page, 1 for the starting/main static content, 1 for the account sign up, 1 for the general account information, and 1 for the ordering of laundry packages/services. This is quite a bit of work, but if we can get a good new approach this way we will be wanting to pay to revamp the whole site.
