We are in need of a corporate website (template only, no code) for The Emergency Ultrasound Course that matches or complements the color scheme and basic premise of our logo (attached).
The Emergency Ultrasound Course - http://www.emergencyultrasound.com
What's your vision?
Desired Color Scheme: Match and or complement the colors of the provided logos. White or light colored background. Desired Style: Simple, classy design with a professional feel. After we get a few initial entries, we will be able to provide feedback that will help you better understand what we are looking for. Accepted File Formats: Original, layered PSD. Font files for non-standard fonts. Original stock photography if used. We are in need of a corporate website (template only, no code) for The Emergency Ultrasound Course that matches or complements the color scheme and basic premise of our logo (attached). We have an existing site that you can use to get an idea about content, but we want to completely redo the design and layout of the site. The current website is located here: http://www.emergencyultrasound.com and logo is located here http://www.emergencyultrasound.com/TEUC.jpg 3rd Rock Ultrasound is the parent company, specializing in many different types of ultrasound education. The Emergency Ultrasound Course is a child company of 3rd Rock Ultrasound, and it is focused on providing ultrasound education to practicing emergency physicians with an interest in expanding their clinical horizon. We will be creating the 3rd Rock Ultrasound website at a later date, so you just need to focus on a design for The Emergency Ultrasound Course The new design needs to be clean and professional. It should highlight the most important sections of the site (registering for courses, both onsite and our new web based courses, evaluating past Courses, purchasing products, reading info about our company), and it should be easy to use and navigate. We want to use hovering drop-down menus instead of the type of menu system we have now where you have to click on a section and then you see the subitems. Keep this in mind when building your design. We have thought about possibly using a three columned layout for the main page (similar to www.constantcontact.com). It would be one column for Onsite Courses, one for Web based courses, and another for products. We would like to see both a home page design and a content page design. They can be fairly similar. For the content page, please try to put in some design elements that will be useful for various pages of the site. For example, we will need to have a specific look and feel for all the tables of data on the site (Course listings, Faculty listings, etc.), so it would be good if your content page included a styled table of some kind to give us an idea of what it would look like. If you can think of other design elements we might need, please throw those in as well. Legal Requirements: All submissions must be 100% your own original work. The winning submission includes transfer of ownership for work submittals and all design materials. We check submitted material for copyright violations. The design can be used in your portfolio. We reserve the right to end the contest without a winner if no winning entry can be decided upon. Thanks in advance for your work on this contest. Were looking forward to seeing all the entries!
