Simple Proxy Server Layouts (uncoded)

Payment will be $200 - $250 per layout. First prize winner will be awarded $250 for their layout. We may buy up to 5 layouts.

Do not put text in the banner, it will be HTML text

Looking for something like what's on these proxy sites:

I want the network thing like on hidemyass.com but it should say EliteProxyNetwork

Please note: We will need either the .PSD and all of the fonts that you used so we can change the proxyname text, or we will need you to do this for us. We will use each layout on several proxies however, so it will be easier if you can give us the .PSD.

- A .PNG preview
- Sliced .GIF Layout
- Simple, Basic, yet appealing
- Web 2.0 is nice, but not necessary
- There will very likely be more than one winner.
- Submit button should say "Browse"
- There should be a footer with room for copyright information

- Single Layouts
- Exact Copies of the layouts on the sites I listed
- Layouts bigger than 800x600
- Layouts that don't include a custom URL input image and a custom submit button
- Layouts that were thrown together or shoddy.
