Simple, elegant design needed for financial company

We're a small private equity fund based in NYC. (financial company) PRILCO stands for Private and Illiquids Purchase Corporation, L.P.

Requirements
We'd like this site to be _very similar_ to SmithBarney.com - this is exactly the sort of simple design we are going for. (We don't want to copy it entirely, however) Simple but elegant.
* The logo should be PRILCO in all caps. (feel free to make as big as you want)
* The main header should have 6 dummy pages.
* A very simple (like on smithbarney.com) top header floated right should have "Home" "Careers" "Contact Us" and "Client Login" links with a search bar
* Underneath the main header should be a stock image with some text over it ( I will likely put a flash component here)
* Beneath that there should be a 3 column layout with "Updates" list on the left and just some dummy text in the other 2 columns
* Small footer with "Terms & Conditions" "Privacy" and "Contact Us" as links
