i have attached outlines of each page so please refer to them. this not the actual design but to give you an idea of the major areas we should have. i am not a designer so am looking forward to your great layout, images and ideas.
page 1: top area has the organizing function tabs with pull down menus. middle area has scrolling videos and should have some nice imagery on the background. also a getting started button.
then a quote (ticker tape style and moving); next area is major functionality including document/record, store and protect and she and control
final area on bottom is more legal stuff.
page 2 - mission
split between our chronology which should show the immediate 2014 and 2015 but show how this will go on forever which is a key selling point of our business; bottom area is the background of who / why we started. need to do this more graphically as well
page 3 - who we are
top area is functions
next area need some graphics as well as the text about why we have started this NPO
next area is the leadership background, pics and names
bottom area will be a long long list of very important people who are board members and ambassadors so you need a nice way to show that and briefly describe
page 4 - what we do
top area is function buttons
then three main areas of what we do including identifying and qualifying members; design and create their perm record; and looking after data forever. need nice graphics and interactivity to show this
page 5 - your permanent record
very important page as we are a start up so we need to show people what their record can do so they can imagine this powerfully. read the ppt to get more background as well.
top area is functions; next area shows who this his for and the industries we cover (i.e. all walks of life with interactive sections/buttons??); bottom area is okay they know it is for them so they want to get started; left shows the process and right shows key features. middle button for getting started would be a hot button.

we have four main kinds of members and we are going to show the difference and case studies for each. citizens is for more normal people, then officials, then dignitaries and ambassadors. ambassadors and dignitaries are the most important. see ppt for more detail on benefits.
make sure all pages have the same top and bottom look and feel.
