We need a professional looking homepage + one inner page for my SEO website. Basically I want a complete redesign of http://www.seofreelancing.com . I really need this site to Impress anyone who visits it. It should be like this is the one stop solution for SEO. The idea is to allow the visitors to the site to know that I am SEO Freelancer who wants to offer my SEO services and also share SEO knowledge and tips and tricks. I don't want to reuse any of the current parts of the site now. Everything needs to be developed. We need a professional looking homepage + one inner page for my SEO website.Please Read the Brief to see an example site. I am looking for a Redesign of http://www.seofreelancing.com I have outlined some of the design suggestions I am looking for the Website Design. I am looking for a Coded Template Design of One Homepage + One Inner Page. Some Things I would want to assist with for the Design of my Site. 1. The top links must be "Home", "Portfolio", "Services", "About Us"These links should be placed like in http://31three.com/. Its nicely placed and should not be parsed as text by search engine spiders. The one http://31three.com is perfect. 2. I also like the Color Scheme of the Site http://31three.com. Its not too plain like other SEO Services Sites. A nice shade like this would add value to the design3. I like the footer of http://www.usawebsolutions.com/. I also like the boxes on the left in the site http://www.usawebsolutions.com/ 4. The Navigation bar in the site http://www.nddw.com/ is . Its a very neat Navigation bar with Text Links which is good for SEO also. The site http://www.e2solutions.net/effective_web_promotions_seo_company_india.htm has got a good Contact Us form which is below the Navigation Links which is good. 5. The small logo in top left of the site http://www.ephricon.com/ looks professional. 6. I would be placing Google Ads on all the Inner Pages and not the Homepage. I may be placing one or two of the following dimension Google. ads. Hence I want the inner page to be designed Accordingly to incorporate them in a well blended way. Banner (Image) 468 * 60 Medium Rectangle : 300 * 250

- This Design needs to be CODED - I want the designer to continue to work with me for some small tweaks here and there once he is selected and the site is totally perfect. I want the site to use CSS and SEO Friendly Design.

I need the design to be FRESH and not cluttered. PLEASE NO TEMPLATE MONSTER entries. Thanks.
