School Directory Needs A Clean & Organized Website Redesign

LocalSchoolDirectory.com provides information on all public and private schools across the U.S. Our major audience consists of parents looking for school information. We would like a redesigned website with a clean simple look.

Since we have a lot of data on our site, we would like to clean up all the clutter and organize the data in a more simple way.

Some aspects of what our new design should stand for:

1) Welcoming Community Site For Parents & Teachers

2) Simple, Direct & Easy to Use

3) Professional

4) Easy To Find Statistical Data

LocalSchoolDirectory.com provides a large amount of data on public & private schools, therefore we would like a template that can represent this data in a SIMPLE & ORGANIZED way that can also be scalable when more data points are added (test scores, attendance,...)

We are offering 2 extra prizes at $150 for subpage:

1) School City Page

b. Organize data provided onto the new template
c. Clean way to display all schools located within city

- Min 900px total template width
- 160px width left or right column (Navigation,Ads,...)
- Minimize heights for the header & footer
- Clean web 2.0 design
- School related pictures can be used (but not necessary)
- We do not mind tabs if done well
- We feel that white along with trim that matches new logo may work, however we are open to any clean, organized color scheme
- Browser safe fonts (Does not need to match New Logo)
- Individual elements such as buttons/menu options should be provided
- Vector+PSD file formats
- Interested in having the site coded as well, (Can discuss details once prize has been awarded)
