Requirements
* We are looking for a web 2.0 style site
* The site will incorporate Twitter into the design, as well as a Facebook fan badge.
* We'd like to have a YouTube video on the page.
* We'd like sections where we can insert graphics that can promote different things at different times (i.e. similar to http://theoatmeal.com/ where down the bottom he has 3 graphics per row)
