infoEnem got their new web page design by running a design contest:
Redesigning education site
Check out infoEnem's Web page design contest…
My site is expert in the most important exam here in Brazil, which is used to give access to the colleges, something like SAT in USA. I sell handouts to prepare the students to the this test. My public it's young and interested.
In general I need a more serious impression of the design. I need a new logo too (smaller).
1- Humepage (http://www.infoenem.com.br/): I want just one sidebar (standard size) and some projects with and without the dinamic content gallery. I wanna see a banner of 728x90 in the right side of new logo or under the header. 2- Posts and pages: I want the banner of 728x90 in the right side of new logo. In the side bar, make the boxes more integrated with the teme and in the social media box change orkut to Google+. Keep the banners above and under the post. Keep the same footer of homepage.
What to avoid
Keep using color tones of blue and orange (not necessarily the same) in the design.
Slightly increase the font size of posts, as in blogdoandroid.com.
Every design category has flexible pricing for all budgets. Web page design starts at $599.
Full copyright with production-ready files for digital and/or print.
It all began with a design brief.

Designers across the globe delivered design magic.
infoEnem collaborated with designers to refine their ideas
When design entries come in, you can rate them so designers know what you’re looking for in your logo design.
99designs has great collaboration tools so you can pinpoint and capture your ideas
And then… they selected a winner!
Along the way, they met lots of talented designers…
We think contests are a super fun way to get design.
