Style/theme ideas

We just want to redesign the main page! More modern then the page we have right now. But not to fancy. We like a mix between serious and modern. We dont like long pages. We like to have a section with tile to choose the category quicker for our customers. Our tiles (categories) on the main page: - Firma (Company) - Human ressources (Personal) - Contact - Service - Quality & Environment - Application We will have German and Englisch as language.
