re-design of kleverkloggs.co.uk mens clothing site

I am looking for someone to re-design my home page to make it look more like a website and to design a single template that can be used for all other pages

I am looking for an attractive and enticing, simple and uncomplicated looking home page that conveys the feeling of a designer clothing brand using the colours black, white and grey only.  My brand concentrates on mens full zip sweat/track tops only which you will see on the current site.  At the moment I use 'Calibri' font for my logo and 'Verdana' for all other text on the site.  I like the general look of the site I have at the moment with the white writing and images against a black background but need it to look more professional.  I was originally planning to use a single image on the home page of a model in one of the sweat tops but am open to any other ideas you may have.  The subsequent pages would be laid out on a single template as they are now.
