We need a new powerful web design for our Dry Ice company

We manufacture and sell Dry Ice to retail, food service industry, biomedical, and pharmaceutical and much more.

We want a fresh, user friendly, and streamline look. Currently it is very outdated and confusing.

Homepage: We want a big featured video/image of our Dry Ice product being manufactured with a link saying "Buy Dry Ice" or something along those lines. This should direct customers to a page with all the different configurations of the Dry Ice to choose from. The other pages being "About Us" with a brief description of what we do and who we are. Featuring our owner Mike Coleman with his photo and background info. Then scrolling down have features of all our employees with photos, background, and contact information. The next page or tab being "Learn" with drop downs of "What is Dry Ice", "Dry Ice Safety", "Uses for Dry Ice", and "How To Guides". Also a "Contact Us" tab with a forum to fill out and depending on what they choose they are inquiring about will be sent to the appropriate employee. Along with a "Cart" tab to see what they have added to their cart to go through the checkout process. Also we need a "Cooler Calculator" page. We're looking for a Mobile version of this in addition to the Desktop version for all of the pages!
