The goal of this page is going to be to get our existing disability insurance policy holders to do an on-line review of their overall insurance coverage. To do this, we need to ask certain questions of the client - most importantly, what is your current annual income. With that information, we are able to show them how much disability insurance they have relative to what they should have based on their income.
This page needs to be designed to walk the client through a series of questions in a simple, visually appealing process. It needs to be interactive, asking the client a series of questions and keep them engaged in order to fully evaluate their current situation.
We want to do the following on the page:
1. Show the client what they have in terms of insurance coverage. This is done via the table on the page, as well as the pie chart.
2. Show the client that based on this level of insurance coverage, their income should be $X.
3. Ask the client what their current income is, and then have the additional coverage needed reflected in the pie chart, as well as in text that says "You are under insured. Consider applying for the additional coverage."
4. We then need a call to action button that says "click here to maximize your disability insurance"
We then need the client to click a button to go to page 2, where we're asking some basic questions about updating their contact info. See page 2 and please design in a way that is appealing to the clients.
Page 3 asks about the clients life insurance policies that they own. We're gathering information here in order to see if we can help them with their life insurance that they didn't buy through us. On this page, we ultimately want to ask if they would like us to send them a new life insurance quote.
