Tell us a bit about who you are and the people you reach
It is a fact of life in the legal world that jobs come and go at a flash of an eye. With mergers and acquisitions becoming more popular by the day everyone should have a back up plan. Employers, what happens when your biggest client drops a huge litigation project on your desk? How are you going to fill all those contract document review positions in the next few days? What if your normal avenue of hiring fails?
We were established to help bridge the gap in the legal industry between legal employers and legal candidates. Our goal is simply to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of legal staffing and recruiting activities. Central to that effort has been the highly specialized proprietary software developed specifically for this website that allows us to key in on the exact needs of legal candidates, legal support companies, legal staffing agencies and law firms.
You are free to be creative, but for pointers I would like to point out that I like the look of 99 designs, voices.com, etc. that have big bold text, with easy to navigate content.
I want all critical information on the pages above the fold. I also would like to see some ideas on how we can incorporate twitter, facebook, etc. into the design (totally optional)...
Colors: I like the current colors, but am not married to them...please feel free to be creative!
At the end of the day I need to hand over the language for the new pages to my programmer so he can implement the new look, whatever that means (he will need the HTML, or whatever you guys and gals are using these days) ;)
