janicewilson needed a new web page design and created a contest on 99designs.
A winner was selected from 176 designs submitted by 41 freelance designers.
99designs gave us a great logo (http://99designs.com/contests/16605). And now we need a great website. Novel, CREATIVE, sophisticated, Cambodian-influenced, upscale and easily accessible. Show me the home page and a second page of your choice.

Navigation includes : Services, Blog, About, Contact. Sub Navigation (1st level, under Services) : Development, Finance, Servicing, Brokerage, Property Management. For the moment, our only images, excluding the logo (http://99designs.com/contests/16605), are images pertinent to the Development page, which I would like creatively displayed. I would also like to include a "request for information" form specific to interest in the development. So the development page should include our development services generally; an introduction to our first development; a creatively displayed rendering of the project, giving a brief overview and status; and the ability to receive additional information. An example site for content, (but NOT design) : http://www.millerfrishman.com/.

Tagline : Building Community through Development. Give me something new and fresh!
Couple of items.
A. This company is based in Cambodia and as such, the website should have subtle (or not so subtle) references to Cambodia, particularly as it relates to back round images and icons.
B. The image in our logo is the blueprint or floor plan for Angkor Wat. Feel free to play with it. Enlarge it, use it as a watermark anything creative. And the composition of the logo is not rigid. The company name and subcopy can be moved to the side to create a more horizontal logo. Cohesive, coherent logo integration is perhaps one of the trickiest elements of web design. Again, play with it and see what you can do with it.
Although I want upscale and sophisticated, I don't want boring.
